Frequently asked questions
Split system vs ducted?
Split systems are cheaper, faster to install and more energy-efficient for single rooms. Ducted is more elegant, quieter and better for whole-home climate control — but costs 3–6× more.
Is rebate / STC available?
Most modern reverse-cycle systems are eligible for STCs, which are usually applied as a discount at point of sale. Some states have additional rebates for heat-pump heating.
